Photography and film by Hannah Elizabeth utilise a social media sites to offer sneak Peek's and photo sharing. You are providing permission to for the release to apply to all individuals who are being photographed at the identified session. For valuable consideration received I grant to photography and film a Hannah Elizabeth the absolute irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concern any photographs that she has taken or maybe take of me or in which I may be included with others to use reuse publish re-publish the photographs in whole or in part individually or in connection with other material in any and all media now or hear after including the Internet and for the purpose whatsoever specifically including illustration promotion, art, editorial advertising trade without restrictions as to alterations and to use my name in connection with any use if she chooses. I release and discharge the photographer from all claims of demand that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs including without limitation all claims for liberal or violation of any rights of publicity or privacy. This authorisation and release shall also insure to the benefit of the legal heirs representatives licenses and assigns that of photographer as well as the person(s) from whom she takes a photograph. I am legally competent adult and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read this document and fully understand its contents. This relationship and binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and are assigns.
